Become an Enter & View Volunteer

The role of an Enter and View Volunteer is to observe how local health and social care services are being provided, what is being done really well, identify examples of good practice and whether the needs and preferences of the community are being met. They will also document recommendations for improvement where things are not so good, or where there are gaps in provision. 

Role purpose and key tasks:

 To undertake training to become an Enter and View Representative which includes Induction training, Enter and View training, Safeguarding and Equality and Diversity training

 To Enter and View a wide variety of health and social care services while services are being delivered and report findings back to Healthwatch Blackburn with Darwen on the nature and quality of services
